Hi my name is Emma, and here is the only recent photo I can find of myself with my children. (Usually I am behind the lens not in front, so this will have to do for now.)
I began my own journey toward HypnoBirthing in 2012 after completing my Degree in General Health Science – my main interest was in maternity. Since then I have lead many couples toward their own calmer, natural birthing experience and more recently my own, with the birth of my twins (girl/boy lucky me!) Imogen and Ronin at the end of 2013.
I was able to birth my twins naturally using the HypnoBirthing techniques and I maintained my health using Yoga, swimming and Craniosacral Osteopathy. These four elements supported my pregnancy and premature birthing experience (34 weeks and 5 days). I was excited to be able to finally use these wonderful relaxation techniques that I had been teaching about for so long, for my own beautiful birthing experience.
